Elakon Inc. was founded in June of 2006 with the goal of providing Quality Assurance Services to large and small companies in the Northern Mass/Southern New Hampshire region. We have striven to provide custom services based upon the needs of clients and the budget of their projects. We have experience working in Telecommunications and Healthcare Industries as well as other IT Software and Systems providers.
Our Expertise in Action:
Some of the projects that we have undertaken:
- Establish streamlined Quality processes and procedures for a team that was acquired by a larger entity.
- Redesign of QA gating Automated Smoke Test that was executed when a software build was completed successfully and informed interested parties of test results.
- Developed Test Automation using Python, Perl, Hammer FX-IP (Bulk Call Generation Tool), and other scripting languages such that 50% of total test coverage was automated.
- Designed and Developed a RESTful based Automation system that controlled patient simulators and system under test for a Class 3 Medical Device.
- Created a Python based test harness for a Content Delivery Network provider to test their Provisioning and Analytics collection engine.
- Maintained a Tcl/Tk and Python based Framework that was running 90% test coverage of Audio/Video Streaming and Video Calling product.
- Analyzed System Requirements to verify existing test coverage or add additional test coverage.
- Found inefficiencies in existing test procedures and built tools to make testing of existing manual test plans more efficient.
- Designed, Developed, and Validated a system (both hardware and software) to automate testing of a failure mode analysis that was only happening at customer sites. The system was the only mechanism for reproducing problem in house.
About Us:
Audric-Jai Cauvet, Owner / Principal Consultant
Audric-Jai Cauvet worked in multiple positions over twenty plus year career focusing on systems integration of products into client architectures. His positions include Systems Engineer, Quality Assurance, On Site and Remote Customer Support, Pre-Sales Engineering, Client Application Development, and Training. He was consistently able to troubleshoot high profile customer sensitive issues, and do root cause analysis and either resolve issues or escalate the problem to be fixed by development team. He traveled to Clients, Distributors, and Vendors all over the United States as well as Japan, China, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. He has extensive work with Voice Technologies over TDM and IP networks as well as Medical Device Design and Validation. He serves as the technical lead of The ACE English Box, a product designed to teach spoken English to non-native speakers and is also a co-founder of Planet League Gaming, an e-Sports Gaming Application.
Audric-Jai has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Techonolgy where he graduated with highest honors. Prior to Wentworth, he was living and going to school at Kodaikanal Interational School in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, South India where he graduated with the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
